PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Marketing is the steward of the SAP brand globally and translates the business strategy into brand, social, digital, and content strategies for all audiences across all touchpoints.
Studio SAP, the internal marketing and communications agency, is the one-stop shop for all content matters. We offer end-to-end content services to all Marketing teams with tight collaboration and consulting, creative production, publishing, and updating – based on a defined strategy and holistic content architecture.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As part of the Strategy, Processes, and Technology team – that owns content strategy definition, manages a global content alignment project, and provides back-office services to Studio SAP and its internal customers focusing on publishing, repositories, content archiving/retirement, and operations – you will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content marketing strategy and content management. You will be able to engage in all aspects of content production and the underlying processes and technology.
Your tasks will comprise the following:
Upload, editing, and publishing of content assets through our content management systems and repositories;
Master and meta data management and quality assurance;
Manage and monitor asset review workflows, provide status updates and reporting;
Support of content-related projects in the strategy, technology, and events areas.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications, social sciences, humanities, IT/software, or related fields
Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience in content management systems
Language skills: Business English and German, both written and spoken
Soft skills: Highly motivated and self-driven team player; experience in international teams a plus
