DESCRIPTION Would you like to produce high-quality marketing and technical publications for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and partner solutions? Do you have the technical documentation background and the passion for producing cutting-edge marketing content? As a Technical Editor in the AWS Partner Marketing organization, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of external partners and internal stakeholders to edit and produce content focused on AWS partner solutions. AWS works closely with our partner community to deliver broad-ranging business solutions to our customers. The AWS Partner Marketing Content Management team plays a vital role in helping our customers understand the value of partner solutions and ensuring partner content accurately reflects AWS messaging standards. The Technical Editor role is focused on leveraging the editorial process to edit and approve partner content for AWS events, including reviewing for organization, coherence, accuracy, aesthetics, and audience suitability. This position also may involve editing or rewriting co-branded content, including advising on copy, layout, and graphics. The ideal candidate will have experience editing in-depth content for a variety of audiences; the ability to drive messaging consistency across AWS, partner, and co-branded content; demonstrated experience acting as a customer advocate; keen attention to detail; project management skills; and a solid understanding of cloud architecture and the cloud landscape.
