What You Will Be Doing
As the a Manager, Publisher Development you will be responsible for client facing prospecting, selling and closing long-term relationships. You will work with elite publishers from the initial sales/pre-sales to on-boarding, ramping and growth to fully optimize the relationship. You will be our primary point of contact helping us to maximize revenue, yield, retention and value.
Other responsibilities will include;
Build and create relationships with major digital publishers.
Complete the full sales cycle to foster long-term relationships. (Sell, develop and grow)
Manage the onboarding and account management of new our Publishers.
Monitor and report publishers performance to ensure publishers success.
Developing and growing our market presence.
Partner with our AdOps, Revenue Optimization, and Account Management teams to implement our premium ad products.
Execute and analyze key reports to help us utilize metrics to make informed decisions.
Work with our AdOps team to assist in campaign delivery and increase publishers ad revenue.
What You Need for this Position
Experience in a client-facing role in the digital display, video and/or programmatic advertising industry
Understand the digital advertising landscape
Experience building relationship's with premium digital media companies
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent presentation and relationship skills
Creative and independent thinker with a positive attitude
Experience negotiating revenue
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong expereince in Excel and PowerPoint
Excited to work in a fast paced and start-up environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
