Maintains ULLS-A(E) documentation. Updates existing End User's Manual (EUM), on-line help, System Support Reference Guide (SSRG), and System Administrator's Guide (SAG). Maintains the Program of Instruction (POI), lesson plans, practical exercises, interactive screen help, Computer Based Training (CBT) modules, and Interactive Media Instruction (IMI) Tutorials. Update existing ULLS-A(E) manuals including screenshots, graphics, diagrams, hyperlinks, and a Table of Contents (TOC). Converts user manuals for distribution so that modifications cannot be made. Coordinates the production and distribution of material, as required. Tests documentation by performing Tier I and Tier II software installations on hardware. Takes meeting minutes for any meetings conducted.
An Associate’s Degree in General Studies. A degree in a related field is highly desirable AND 1 year experience. Demonstrated understanding of editing and proofing concepts. Knowledge of IEEE writing standards and/or equivalent style guide. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience creating Computer Based Training (CBT) modules, and Interactive Media Instruction (IMI) Tutorials. Previous ULLS-AE experience preferred.
Secret Clearance is required.
