This person is responsible for writing, research, editing and proofreading support for Chapman Magazine, Chapman Now and the Chapman Happenings news blog. Main tasks include writing, copy-editing, attending events, taking photos, and uploading magazine articles to the WordPress blog. Assist Chapman Magazine Editor with other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Excellent writing skills. Working knowledge of Associated Press style and WordPress. Knowledgeable of Chapman University in general and the university campus. Experience with interviewing and journalistic-style writing. Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with interviewing and journalistic-style writing. Experience with photography and videography.
