Your role:

UBS AG seeks Directors, Editors / Supervisory Analysts in New York, NY to Perform research editing, investment writing, and supervision of research and investment communications for compliance with U.S. securities regulations. Provide a range of services to support investment research content, including proofreading, copy-editing, and rewriting of research reports. Provide editorial support for research content from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America, including content specific to European and emerging markets strategy, credit, and equity research. Review and approve these research reports for distribution to U.S. clients. Write articles for the intranet and external media, based on the content of the research reports.

You will work with the Content Management team, located in New York, NY.

Your experience and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Journalism, English or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related position: performing quality control of investment research including documentation of valuation assumptions, models, underlying arguments, recommendations , macro and asset-class views, and disclosures of conflict of interest; utilizing GAAP and IFRS accounting terms and calculations; working with ex-US markets and issuers; managing research, editing, and production processes, from research submission by author to research distribution using the CIO BlueMatrix publishing platform; interpreting US regulatory requirements from a supervisory standpoint, including FINRA and SEC rules on investment research and communications with the public. Must be FINRA Series 7, 16, and 24 licensed. *LI-N
