The Digital Commerce department’s aim is to deliver not only a great online shopping experience across all platforms, but to constantly evolve, innovate and create a stand-out brand experience on Everything we do is in-house, from photography and web development to our local copywriters who are responsible for communicating our ethos and message of creative disruption globally.

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Commerce, the Digital Editor will oversee the Copywriting team and plan the publication of all commercial and editorial written content for ensuring it is reflective of the AllSaints brand and speaks to our customers in a way that resonates.


  • Working with key stakeholders to agree brand tone-of-voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels with the Ecommerce management team. Lead on the curation of written content across product descriptions and editorial features, supporting Digital Marketing teams to guide social media copy and content marketing.

  • Liaising with PR, Marketing, Creative, and Digital departments to collate and format all content for sign-off with Senior Management team.

  • Assisting in the creation of schedules for content and agreeing critical paths for all content delivery.

  • Work in conjunction with the Ecommerce Manager, Production Team and Ecommerce Photo Studio to ensure all product launch dates are met and a content calendar is up-to-date to reflect this.

  • Managing a team of copywriters to ensure keywords are developed into product descriptions including US localisation and translation requests.

  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends within content, in particular across Ecommerce and digital marketing.

  • Developing editorial policies, copyright, data protection and best practice.

  • Improving the process for uploading promotional copy for onsite campaigns.

  • Managing an editorial team to constantly help push the boundaries of the brand’s content strategy to inform, inspire and engage with new and old consumers alike.

  • You will have a strong background within an online publisher or a fashion/lifestyle brand with a content focus.

  • Keen creative mind with excellent attention to detail

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work schedules

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • A good understanding of SEO, editorial policies, copyright, data protection and best practice

  • Can work under their own initiative

  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to undertake research using a variety of sources

  • Computer literate and possess strong keyboard skills

  • Can work under their own initiative

  • Your finger on the pulse of culture and trends with a keen interest in fashion, music, travel and the arts.

  • The ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently with excellent problem solving skills
