Will be the point of contact for all AWS consultation globally.
Maintain expert level licensing and programs (certifications, partner tiers, renewals, deal registrations, etc.) knowledge.
Proactively grow assigned business through partnering motions with all sales leaders, business development managers and the technology service experts in assigned territory and through assigned operational mechanisms like monitoring daily quote activity, deal registration hygiene, and renewals business.
Answer requests within agreed service level agreements, directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resources.
Serve as the subject matter expert on cloud licensing for internal contacts and customers.
Create and deliver licensing proposals, presentations and webcasts that drive win/win situations for customers and vendors.
Knowledge transfer of essential licensing skills to the local subsidiary sales teams. This includes mastering program and product licensing scenarios focused principally on different license offerings.
Develop and provide licensing solutions by driving customer licensing proposals.
Support the negotiation process with customers remotely to maximize contract value and Customer Satisfaction, whilst simplifying the licensing experience for the customer and driving for “right licensing".
Read, analyze and publish directions on different vendor magazines to the different interest groups and put them in way where the sale steam can understand the profitability
Create new customer ready product and services presentations for the respective publisher as assigned by the Knowledge Management Team
Manage AWS APN portal for SoftwareONE globally.
Any graduate/ Post graduate/ MBA.
3-6 years of experience in a similar role or a strong experience in software licensing/ consulting or advisory role with any software publisher.
Prefer candidates with good understanding of AWS business model and its vast offerings.
Prefer clear concept of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS model of cloud offerings from AWS and its competition.
Candidate must possess excellent decision-making, problem solving and negotiating skills.
Individual should be very organized, systematic, and have outstanding time management skills in order to work effectively.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are also required.
