Golder has a new opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated team player to provide administrative support to our EnvironmentalBusiness team as an AdministratorEditor on a full time basis based in Calgary.
An overview of your role will include:
Editing, word processing, formatting technical reports, documents and presentations
Various data entry using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Filing and archiving documents
General assistance to other Administrative Assistants in the office as required
You will have a background in:
A minimum of 5 years of experience of editing in a professional office environment
Certificate in editing and/or technical writing, or equivalent
Excellent formatting skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and implement systems
Attention to detail and ownership of delegated tasks
Excellent organizational skills (listening, speaking and writing), friendly and pleasant manner
The ability to take directions and seek clarification as needed
Good problem solving skills with the initiative and ability to identify alternative solutions
A post secondary degree or certificate in science would be an asset
