Facebook Client Partner, Broadcaster Publisher Sales – South APAC in Singapore

Summary:

Facebook is seeking an experienced publisher-development/inventory acquisition sales professional to join its growing Adtech team in APAC, supporting the overall South APAC region (India, ANZ and SEA) . In this role, you will be responsible for driving the publisher acquisition and adoption of the Audience Network product offerings for Broadcaster publishers in South APAC. The product suite provides real-time advertising monetization technologies for publishers and app developers including yield optimization and streamlined ad network management for Apps and mobile websites. You will be responsible for managing the entire new business sales cycle including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier publishers based out of South APAC region, selling them on the overall Facebook Adtech value proposition for Audience Network, negotiating terms, closing contracts and helping onboard the customer. This includes selling the entire monetization portfolio of Audience Network products including M-apps, M-web, Instant Articles and Video to broadcasters and media companies. The Client Partner will work closely with all the relevant cross functional teams in South APAC and APAC including Global Sales, Account Management, Platform Partnership, Gaming, Business Development, Media Partnerships and various other cross-functional teams in HQ. This role will be based out of Facebook's offices in Singapore and reports into the Head of Publisher Solutions, South APAC.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop and enhance Facebook's reputation as the leading Publisher Ad Technology and monetization platform for Broadcaster publishers within South APAC markets

  2. Be the Broadcaster vertical expert for the entire APAC region

  3. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new revenue acquisition targets

  4. Provide local thought leadership in the region and represent Facebook at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums

  5. Negotiate contract terms for all new customers

  6. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting & activity reporting to the cross-functional team within Facebook

  7. Consultative based selling and responsible for all new customer acquisition across the entire Facebook Audience Network product suite

  8. Work with other members of the Audience Network APAC team and the APAC leadership team to drive the annual long-term business planning for the region

  9. Proactively collect market feedback, competitors' or industry dynamics and provide inputs into the Audience Network PMM, product & engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Deep understanding of the Broadcaster ecosystems, media publishers and and competitive monetization solutions across South APAC

  2. Relationships within the broadcaster ecosystem, ideally with top 50 Broadcasters in the South APAC region

  3. 7+ years of overall business experience across sales, business development, product marketing in the mobile eco-system

  4. 3+ years experience with Adtech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, In-app Analytics platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, Video CMSs

  5. Deep understanding of the mobile, video and online advertising markets, open to learning new tech, new products, innovative ideas.

  6. Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator

  7. Ability to work in a very high growth and cross functional environment

  8. Willingness and ability to travel about 40% of time

  9. Bachelor’s degree is required
