Job Description

PwC's Marketing and Sales function is a client-focused, high-performing team, which is strategically aligned to the Firm's priorities and passionately focused on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long-term revenue growth for the Firm.

The Marketing & Sales Writing and Editing Services team helps to distinguish PwC in the marketplace by writing compelling business content for proposals and other business development materials. The team supports all aspects of the proposal writing process with a strong focus on such key proposal elements as executive summaries and cover letters. Additionally, the team supports proposal innovation and other M&S initiatives to help improve and innovate PwC's business development process and procedures.

Position/Program Requirements

Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 1

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED

Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Thorough knowledge of developmental and substantive editing, copyright law and policy. Thorough and practical knowledge of editorial quality standards, editorial processes, and publishing-related risk mitigation policies to enable outstanding publication quality.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated ability to: Manage and contribute to multiple editorial projects simultaneously . Apply sound judgment and decision-making skills to escalate or independently resolve issues as appropriate. Evaluate and apply firm policy related to publishing risk mitigation, copyright law and intellectual property licensing. Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to deliver high-quality, distinctive knowledge publications and products for distribution internally as well as to the analyst community, clients and the media. Communicate effectively with professionals at all levels. Develop web content . In-depth experience with business, industry, tax or accounting topics. Publishing house, feature or news editing experience. Adobe InDesign and InCopy experience. Sales, marketing or communications experience.
