The Technical Publication Representative (TPR) will train all aspects of S70i model helicopter technical publications development and updates to Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI).

The TPR position is located in Turkey and will require relocation to Ankara for a period of four (4) years. After the 4-year period, the candidate will be relocated to the Shelton, CT office.

The TPR shall be subject matter experts on the S70i/UH-60M BLACK HAWK Helicopter and be capable of providing technical expertise for the various requirements in support of creating T-70 Technical Publications. At least five (5) years aerospace technical publications authoring experience is required and at least two (2) years of experience with Sikorsky Helicopter Technical Publications.

The in-country requirement is for twenty four (24) months after which the candidate will be relocated back to Shelton, CT.

The TPR shall be directly responsible for the following:

  1. Provide familiarization training for Sikorsky technical publication data.

  2. Providing responses to TAI questions related to Sikorsky publications.

  3. Coordinate with disciplines within the Sikorsky organization to ensure good communication for creating Technical Publications and guiding and supporting TAI Technical Authors during creation of Technical Publications.

  4. Proofread drafts of TAI created data modules and providing applicable information related to maintenance and operational problems inside publications applicable to the T-70 Baseline Helicopter.

Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree with at least five (5) years aerospace technical publications authoring experience is required and at least two (2) years of experience with Sikorsky Helicopter Technical Publications.

Desired skills A&P license is desired, experience in Logistics/Aircraft maintenance preferred. Working knowledge of ACE/Six Sigma tools, especially Relentless Root Cause Analysis.

Good communications skills both written and oral.
