Job DescriptionThe AWS Training Publisher will be responsible for publishing training materials using multiple formats. They would maintain and administer the curriculum catalog in the Learning Management System and ensure that relevant class materials are available to all constituents including students, instructors and training coordinators. They are responsible for testing and posting new content, troubleshooting administrative and user technical issues, ensuring accurate audience assignments and assessment scoring, documenting all changes, and developing reports and queries for a variety of internal constituents with insightful analysis. A successful candidate will have 2-3 years of publishing content for both ILT and elearning. They would have experience with LMS administration and reporting experience coupled with experience working with a curriculum development team, a keen sense of prioritization, adept at handling multiple projects or tasks at the same time, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and with a team. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Working with the curriculum team and Editor, receive all materials related to a course. Publish training materials and related assets to e-book publisher. Publish courses in the Learning Management system. QA all user interaction with the materials and hand off for release. Prepare content for localization handoff. Resolve content-related customer support tickets. Maintain documentation for instructors and training coordinators on ordering and using training materials Work closely with curriculum development, marketing, legal, localization, and external vendors to ensure our training materials are delivered on schedule and at the highest quality levels. Participate in UAT, system updates and enhancements to the Learning Management system Basic Qualifications 2-3 years experience with ILT publishing. Gilmore experience is a plus.
