Customer Experience Design (CXD) group of Digital Solutions for Business (DS4B) is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Editor to join the Content Strategy & Editorial team.

DS4B supports a broad variety of online and mobile products for Wells Fargo’s commercial customers, and provides an exciting, extremely collaborative and fast-paced environment with plenty of challenges and opportunities.

The candidate for this role possesses an ability to expertly execute on application content engagements, and would have a proven track record developing a variety of content, including UI content, user assistance materials, and marketing and communications messages.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop customer experience-driven content that supports stated business objectives

  • Adhere to established editorial standards and best practices, including necessary regulatory and compliance requirements

  • Work with content partners including Content Strategy and Content Management to refine deliverables, templates/tools, and processes to continuously promote efficiency and effectiveness

  • Provide peer review and quality assurance for online application and user assistance materials

  • Work closely with Channel, Customer Experience Design, Visual Design, and Technology to create interactive experiences that meet user needs and business goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of communications experience
