Responsible for managing the daily scheduling and posting of content to the enterprise digital and social platforms; community management and platforms moderation supervision; supporting editors in creating and curating content for the enterprise platforms; assisting in the development and execution of Corporate Affairs social media strategy and common analytics framework and reporting capabilities.


  • Schedule publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) working with the team’s Content Editors and the team’s Digital Operations Lead;

  • Supervising community management of the enterprise Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook channels;

  • Collaborating with editors to create and curate content for the companies enterprise social media platforms;

  • Managing enterprise moderation strategy and execution to protect and enhance corporate reputation, in conjunction with Medical Information, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and other partners;

  • Supporting the creation and execution of the company’s enterprise social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, utilization of paid media and audience identification

  • Ensuring company voice and tone on enterprise digital and social platforms supports communications/business objectives and is consistent, working with external agency and internal communications partners;

  • Coordinating the tracking of posts and responses to posts, with agency support;

  • Working with external agency partners, the Global Multi-Channel Marketing Team and the Digital Operations Lead, Worldwide Commercial Operations team and company media buying partner to develop and execute paid social media strategy for enterprise digital and social content;

  • Partnering with brand communications teams and others to maximize social media presence at key medical congresses and related events;

  • Supporting Digital Operations Lead in developing common analytics framework and providing weekly reports on platforms and content performance;

  • Creating original content and curating content in support of the three new Content Editors, with a focus on social content but also providing longer-form pieces as needed;

  • Supporting Digital Operations Lead in introducing platforms, standards, governance and training in ex-U.S. markets.



  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate communications, agency or related experience

  • Community management experience

  • Full understanding of digital/social publishing and digital/social content standards

  • Proficient in online paid media strategy and tactics

  • Excellent content management/operational skills

  • Ability to turn content quickly and effectively

  • Organized, accurate and accountable

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:

  • Pharma industry experience

  • Digital layout/design experience

Other qualifications:

  • B.A. in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related area

  • U.S. military experience will be considered towards industry experience requirements
