We are seeking a creative, energetic individual with excellent technical, written and verbal skills who is eager to join our digital team to provide high quality services creating and maintaining websites, e-mails and other digital communications. You will be responsible for the execution and technical production of a range of digital web-based projects and must be extremely organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Day-to-day responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure that graphic and editorial deliverables meet the requirements of the projects and of the client's brand standards
  • Balance superior production quality and "speed to market" objectives
  • Possess extensive knowledge of general, web-based & design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Adhere to RR Donnelley as well as client's policies and workflow procedures
  • Organize and set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation as necessary
  • Gather and organize assets from client
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: project plan, status reports, change requests, and resource requests
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time and deliver on time
Required Skills


  • Acute attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in web or, graphic design or related area
  • Minimum 6 years web industry experience
  • An experienced problem solver
  • An expert communicator
  • An expert level knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working within Content Management Systems
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • A desire to learn and master new software and technologies.

Software and Languages:

  • Windows OS and Macintosh OSX
  • Text editors, DreamWeaver or similar
  • HTML/CSS and Microsoft Office
