The Walt Disney Company Assistant Manager - Publishing in Mumbai, India
Overall Purpose of the Role :-
We are looking for a Key account manager who would work on day to day operations with the current partners and global stakeholders. The person also needs to be focused on expanding the licensee base both on print and digital businesses.
Responsibilities : Responsibilities :-
Business planning, Forecasting, Negotiating MGs, royalty reports
Strengthen Key Account Management across key partners and conduct bi-annual reviews
Create new pitches for existing and new partners to ensure that the product launches on time in sync with TV and studio releases
Expand the digital distribution in sync with internal stakeholders in DI, DCP, DM and DMD
NBD -Identify gaps and opportunities and find appropriate digital and print licensees to fill the gaps.
Content – Pub-planning, BPM, approve download of content assets in line with pub-plans, OPA approvals and track ordering files
Digital Content creation – work with vendors and internal teams on cost negotiation and content delivery and final receipt of assets created.
Learning – work with the partners to track the progress on content development
Work with Legal to close the contracts and Finance on timely receipt of royalty reports
Monitor all internal processes such as ILS, Product integrity etc.
Basic Qualifications :
Experience and Qualification:-
- 4-6 years work experience.
- Experience in consumer products / merchandising / licensing / sales and marketing
Bachelors Degree & (Masters / related experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Maintain good working partnerships
Ability to assess the opportunity and limitation of partners.
Detail oriented and manage projects independently.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
