For Facebook advertising, our mission is to make meaningful connections between people and businesses. Historically we have accomplished this on Facebook – through our apps and our websites. Over the past two years we have expanded this mission to help people and businesses connect in meaningful ways beyond Facebook across the entire digital landscape. We launched the Audience Network to help advertisers extend their campaigns beyond Facebook and provide publishers with a plug and play solution to increase their yield while improving user experience in their apps. We are seeking a Publisher Development Manager based in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and grow relationships with our top mobile app publishers, including analyzing, optimizing and making recommendations to improve their performance on Facebook’s Audience Network.
Build and grow deep, strategic partnerships with existing publisher and publishing group clients using Facebook's ad technology and monetization capabilities
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing mobile publishers, and make recommendations that improve ad performance and ad quality
Apply relationships, research, and market analysis to better understand the publisher’s business and make recommendations to help grow their business on the Audience Network
Achieve revenue and strategic goals through the expansion of Facebook core products (video, mobile display, native ad units, header bidding, etc.) by uncovering and solving publisher business needs
Drive quarterly business reviews with publishers
Leverage cross-functional Facebook resources, including product stakeholders
Help influence Audience Network’s product roadmap based on publisher feedback
Work in collaboration with sales and product teams, ensuring publishers are serviced to the highest standards
4+ years of account management or publisher ad operations/technical experience within the mobile advertising market or ecosystem
Experience in client relationship and solution-based mobile ad or publisher environments
Experience managing and working with cross-functional teams
Experience with mobile advertising and/or the mobile publisher landscape
Mobile ad networks experience
Understanding of ad exchanges
Working knowledge of Audience Network or experience using the Facebook ad platform
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
