Summary:

Facebook seeks a New Acquisitions Lead for its Global SMB Publisher team. We're a mobile-focused team, and your initial focus will be to find and close new mobile app developers on adopting the Audience Network. Our mission is to bring Facebook's highly targeted, quality ads to millions of developers, and we're just getting started. You'll play a pivotal role in defining our strategy and scaling our business.

Required Skills:

  1. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and closing new business

  2. Drive acquisition by developing a trusted advisor relationship with clients of all levels, establishing and overseeing programs to drive acquisition, product adoption and engagement via phone and email

  3. Document activities, opportunity tracking and measurement from leads to win stage

  4. Test and develop a 60-day customer adoption roadmap

  5. Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive product roadmap

  6. Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders

  7. Oversee and manage logistical planning for publisher events

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years professional experience in inside sales, professional services or sales account management

  2. Proven track record of developing relationships and winning business over the phone

  3. Experience explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision makers

  4. Ability to translate actions plans and communications

  5. Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment

  6. Phone presence and attention to detail

  7. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time

  8. BA/BS degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Salesforce

  2. Public Speaking experience

  3. Ad Tech experience
