University/Collegedegree in linguistics, foreign language, or related field, or qualification inteaching English as a second/foreign language (Cert or Diploma in TEFL orTESOL)
Soundbusiness and technical acumen, with the ability to navigate a complex andhighly matrixed organization effectively, establishing effective communicationlines to multiple stakeholders
Abilityto juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, remaining pragmatic andresults-focused.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Publishing/Editorialand teaching experience is a must
Experiencein managing freelance writers and editors
Experiencein ELT, linguistics, or foreign language is an advantage
