NCI: As a Technical Writer/ Publisher based out of Lakewood, WA, you will prepare training material and documentation required to support planning, programming, and execution of fielding operations for Project Manager (PM) Soldier Warrior (SWAR) systems. NCI is always seeking talent and although this position is contingent upon an open position, we encourage you to apply.Highlights of Responsibilities:
Prepare technical manuals, doctrinal materials, detailed reports, training material and support plans, logistics and fielding plans, and graphic aids.
Guide, aid and / or manage others in the analysis, design, development, planning and execution of product services and processes.
Work on complex projects which require original thinking and new approaches.
Serve as a resource for others based on expertise.
Act as an internal resource or project team leader.
Provide assistance in project management activities.
Determine overall approach,monitor standards of quality and performance and ensure achievement of project.
Hold and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Able to travel domestically and overseas in support of demonstrations, design reviews, speaking engagements.
Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering oral presentations.
Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, Project Outlook, and Power Point.
Strong working knowledge of Apple MacBook Pro.
Education and Experience:
High School/GED AND > 14years
Associates > 12 years
Bachelors in non Directly Related Field > 10 years
Bachelors in Directly Related Field > 5 years
Masters in non Directly Related Field > 5 years
