Join as member of the Email COE in support of Campaign development, QA and Execution. This position will support the execution of email campaigns with primary focus on Email Production and QA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work closely with internal teams and ESP Vendors in support of campaign production, QA and deployment.
Campaign Project Management and Email campaign requirements gathering
Setup, testing and deployment duties with regards to Email campaigns set up in the Email Vendor application.
Develop email marketing templates, write HTML code and work to find the most efficient and risk adverse methods to support execution.
Manage list and segmentation for email campaign deployments.
As member of the e-communications COE, work with various LOBs to strategize, evaluate, and develop effective email programs in support of business objectives and goals.
Work as part of COE team to manage vendor relationships – including day to day operations, SLAs, and on-going process optimization
Direct and hands on experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform (formally known as Exact Target) – specifically Building, QA’ing, Scheduling and Deploying emails.
Must have knowledge of current HTML coding practices, as we as basic image editing skills, CSS, media queries, Ampscripting, and Litmus testing.
Experience with database tables, and strong analytics skills
2-4 years relevant experience – developing and managing Email Campaigns.
