Senior Product Manager - Game Publishing

Electronic Arts’ publishing team is seeking a highly talented technical product manager to help us grow our game publishing capabilities. As a product manager, you will be responsible for developing the platform that is needed for an efficient, effective, and pleasant publishing process for games. You will determine the needs of game teams and work with other stakeholders inside the company to define our process and value offering. You will be responsible for multiple features across varied development teams, and you will be instrumental in holding feature development together. You will be accountable for your product and its growth and adoption both inside the company and out.


  • Develop new features and bring them to life

  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities for EA’s publishing platform, working closely with players, stakeholders, game studios, product strategy, and product managers

  • Analyze and synthesize direct competitors and the larger interactive entertainment space

  • Define metrics and goals for your product and be accountable for the products growth

  • Act as vision owner for teams building features - represent the customer in the development process

  • Work with a wide variety of teams including finance, royalties, UX design, development, business, strategy and other companies to create product requirements documents detailing the future of subscriptions

  • Manage the platform production lifecycle from concept to development to release and iteration

  • Drive product strategy

  • Drive the platform vision for large scale publishing features built in partnership with cross functional teams

  • Lead and manage new programs and processes


  • Five years of experience in product management or seven years of experience in the software industry

  • Strong product and project management skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously

  • Strong vision and collaboration abilities with a talent for distillation of complex processes

  • Love of gaming and strong understanding of games

  • Experience with Scrum or another agile development methodology is a plus

  • Experience with publishing games and best practices in content curation a huge plus

  • Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine is a huge plus
